Yes — we offer project-based and monthly content packages. Project-based packages cover a single production from start to finish, like a launch, an event, or a campaign. Monthly content packages give you a steady flow of new videos every month, so we work as an extension of your marketing team.

It depends on the nature of the work. Most projects are booked with a deposit, with the remaining balance due on completion. Clients who want year-round content often prefer a retainer, so we work as an extension of their marketing team and integrate with them throughout the year.

Generally, two rounds of revisions is enough. Sometimes more is needed — and that’s fine. If revisions start to go beyond the original scope, we’ll talk it through with you and revisit the scope together before moving forward.

If you reschedule, your deposit rolls to the new date. If you cancel, your deposit is refunded. Cancellations on short notice — within 72 hours of the shoot — may result in a reduced deposit refund, since crew and equipment have already been committed.

Yes. We can accommodate rush shoots and rush delivery when the schedule calls for it. A rush fee may apply.

Usually not for small-scale capture in most public locations. For private locations, the owner or venue typically grants permission to film. When a permit is required, we can act as the production company — submitting the application and obtaining the permits for you.

We’re based in Miami Beach, Florida, and we film nationwide through a network of more than 200 videographers and production professionals. International projects are welcome too; tell us where and we’ll build the crew.

Yes. Send us your raw footage and we’ll turn it into finished videos — from a single edit to an ongoing series of social cuts or YouTube episodes, delivered in every format you need.

Yes. We can receive an incoming stream and push it live across platforms, with a broadcast team managing switching, graphics, and distribution remotely — no truck required on-site.
